I further CHARGE that the U.S. Senate and the U.S. Congress are complicit in Treasonous Acts by passing legislation that are on face and value detrimental to the, [#COTUS], The Constitution of the United States and the General Welfare of the Legal, Lawful U.S. Citizens and that all such E.O., Legislation, Rules, Regulations and Taxes since January 20th 2009 SHALL be deemed UN-CONSTITUTIONAL and UNLAWFUL.
