I CHARGE Barack Hussein Obama and his administration with 'THEFT' of public wealth and for driving our nation into poverty.

I CHARGE that Barack Hussein Obama and his administration has usurped authority not granted to him by the super majority consent of the governed.

I CHARGE that Barack Hussein Obama and his administration are dismissing the rule of law and the Constitution of the United States as irrelevant and un-necessary.

I CHARGE Barack Hussein Obama and his administration of unlawful actions amounting to TREASON.

Further, I CHARGE the U.S. Senate and Members of Congress as co-conspirators and collaborators of Barack Hussein Obama and his administration in passing unjust, unlawful, un-constitutional laws, rules and regulations without the super majority consent of the governed since January 20th 2009.
