Carl
Mathiesen
Short Bio
Carl was born in
Amsterdam, Holland on 31 October, 1952.
With his
Parents, (Martin and Eva-Maria) and older Brother, Ted, Immigrated to the
United States in February of 1954. Younger brother’s Ron and Rudy were both
born in Bridgeton, NJ.
Carl’s family’s
first home was located South and West of Atlantic City and South and East of
Philadelphia in Cumberland County in Seabrook, NJ. (Hoover Village, a
Depression era Housing w/Dirt Floors), no running water and Outhouses), then moved
to Bridgeton, Carmel and Millville, NJ. Naturalized U.S. Citizens in 1964.
Carl also lived
in Tucson, Flagstaff, Seligman AZ, Las Vegas, NV, Davie, Weston, and Plantation
& now resides in Hollywood FL.
Carl attended
Immaculate Conception Catholic School, (in Bridgeton, NJ), Mount Pleasant
Public School, St. Mary Magdalen School, Millville Senior High School,
(Graduated in June 1970), attended Cumberland County College, American
University, University of Arizona, University of Nevada Las Vegas, Clayton College.
Carl entered
United States Air Force, (USAF), Military service during the Viet Nam war and
was selected from over 10,000 applicants to become a member of the prestigious
“USAF Presidential Honor Guard”, stationed at USAF Headquarters Command, Bolling
AFB, Washington, D.C. Honorably Discharged.
Joined the NJARNG, New Jersey Army National Guard. Airborne, Ranger, Special Forces, (SOG), Honorably
Discharged. A former Deputy Sheriff,
Cumberland County, NJ and a former NJ State Police Officer.
Carl pursued his
education in different but related fields in Construction, Real Estate,
(Licensed in FL), Stock Brokering, (Licensed in NJ), Mortgage Brokering,
(Licensed in FL), All Lines of Insurance, (Licensed in NJ). Pharmaceutical
Medicine, Political Science, Psychology, International Business and finance, Herbs
and Natural Medicine.
Since 1969 after
the death of his Father, to Gastro-Intestinal Cancer, Carl pursued an almost
evangelical attitude towards Pharmacological Medicine, Herbs and Natural
Medicine.
Carl’s pursuit
was furthered by the death of his Mother, to Hypertension, Diabetes and Stroke,
in 1983.
Now residing in
Sunny South Florida, Carl enjoys helping others realize that they too need not
be in Debt and can live the American Dream of Physical, Spiritual, Financial
Health and Prosperity.
Carl has been
characterized as conservative, compassionate, and passionate, with the fire of
an evangelist, a dry sense of humor and loves to incorporate colorful stories
into his lectures.
It has been said
that Carl is a mix between Tony Roberts, Joel Osteen, John Hagee and Les Brown,
which is quite a compliment indeed!
Carl is a
self-educated Constitutionalist and a member of the Republican Party with an
interest in pursuing a political career to help the constituents in CD 20 FL. A
former Congressional Candidate CD-20, 2012 and a future Congressional
Candidate, CD-20 2014 to be announced.
